If your card is damaged you can order a replacement card here. Select the account the replacement card relates to from the drop-down menu and click 'Continue' to proceed to the next step.
Do NOT use this service if your card has been lost or stolen. Please call us immediately using the telephone number on the screen.
Your replacement card will be sent to your account address within 10 days. In the meantime you can carry on using your existing card if it still works. You can continue to use the same card PIN with your replacement card when it arrives. This service should only be used for cards that are still in your possession.
