From this screen, you will be able to order a paying (deposit) book for your account.
A list of your accounts eligible for deposit books can be found by selecting the drop down box preceded by the - Text "Order an item for my:"
You can select up to three books for ordering and a minimum of one. Once happy with your selection, click 'Continue' to proceed. Pressing the 'Back' button will return you to the previous screen.
Note that the deposit book will be sent to the address as registered in the system for the given account
