You can change online access to Online Business Banking service to 'View-only access'. If you do choose to change your access you can only gain full access again by calling us.
Online View Only status means you can still view your balances, transactions and statements but you will not be able to make payments or change account settings.
When you change to 'View-only access' you can still manage your account in other ways e.g. via ATM your account is only accessible online. Your account itself is unchanged and remains open, with any pending payments/transfers still taking place. To re-enable access you will need to contact the Santander Online Business Banking Helpdesk.
